Good Day Family, have you ever just been in a funk mood? You woke up and not sure what exactly what was wrong but you did know you weren’t yourself. That is okay. It is okay to be down but you cannot stay in that place. I just want to encourage you all that life tends to get the best of us for a many of reasons, but that does NOT mean we have to let it keep us down.
WE HAVE TO STOP THE FUNK!
Many of us suffer from depression, anxiety, or other mental health problems and we tend to go on with our lives dealing with silent battles. I want to suggest that every day and every night you do a MIND AND BODY CLEANSE. This cleanse consists of self affirmations. Remind yourself how important you are & how important your life is. DONT allow life’s tough days bring you down. (STOP THE FUNK)
CAN IT BE STOPPED BEFORE IT HAPPENS? (It sure can, most times we feel when we are becoming agitated or heading towards a “funk mood”. How do we stop this? We need to learn our triggers, Many of us get overwhelmed from work, not enough time to relax, family issues, relationship problems, health reasons, etc. Sometimes our daily issues cannot be changed but we can still learn how to not get upset or allow those issues to get us. How? We must speak positivity over our lives.
TODAY WILL BE A GREAT DAY, NO MATTER HOW I WOKE UP I WILL MAKE THE BEST OF THE DAY FROM THIS POINT FORWARD . I WILL STOP THE FUNK
